

If you have any trouble with removing the bezel please check the video below. If that is not working you please watch the second video for an alternative and safe method to remove the bezel and minimizing the risk to break off one of the clips. If you do not start from right to left the bezel will not fit in the HDD Caddy because the clips will block the inserts. Make sure you start from right to left or else the clips will not align properly. Step 6 (final) Put the bezel on your HDD Caddy

All clips are loosened from the optical drive. The left horizontal clip is now from its position and the bezel can be easily removed. It will also pop up the bezel from the dvd drive. Use a small flat screwdriver and push the left horizontal clip inwards and then forwards. Don’t force the bezel from the optical drive. The vertical right clip is now from its position but don’t remove the bezel yet. Use a small flat screwdriver and push the right vertical clip inwards and then forwards. If you already removed the optical drive from your laptop, you can use a paperclip in the small hole at the front of the bezel to open the tray.
